I like milk, but my husband absolutely LOVES it and as a child he could inhale cartons of milk like it was the air he breathes.  Now my husband turns to milk after a good workout because of the health benefits.  Milk has protein like whey and casein that helps repair muscles, especially after a lot of physical activity.  The minerals in milk also helps prevent muscle cramping, just another added bonus to drinking it.

As a woman I know it is crucial that I keep my bones healthy and strong and all I

need to do is drink three glasses of milk to accomplish just this.  Let’s just say that I have never fractured a bone in my life and I know milk is helping me reduce the risk of bone disease too.  Milk also helps me to maintain my bone density.

So recently, I decided to dump the acrylic nails that I have been wearing for the last 7 years and go back to natural manicured nails instead.  I was so worried about how weak my nails would be, however to my pleasant surprise my natural nails held up pretty well and they’re only getting stronger.  Milk helps to promote your external beauty because of all of the lipids, Calcium, proteins, biotin, potassium, vitamin A and B6 and I’m pretty sure milk has contributed to the strength of my nails.  It also helps to keep your hair soft and shiny too!

If you personally know me, then you will know how obsessed I am with having a nice smile.  I brush my teeth more times a day than what is even recommended by dentists!  Therefore, I know that in order to keep my healthy smile I need to also keep drinking milk.  Milk’s casein and proteins helps to prevent cavity causing bacteria and all I can say is that I’ve never had a cavity in my life!  Sorry, don’t mean to brag, but it’s true-lol.

So there you go, milk REALLY does do a body good, so my advice is to drink it!
