<p><span style="color: #ff6600;">Second because everyone loves them! The party always ends up in the kitchen as I find my guests hovering over the oven waiting for the next batch!</span></p>
<p><em><span style="color: #ff6600;">**Liza’ tip:  The pizzas are best served hot – so I pace myself by cooking no more than two at a time then wait until they have all been eaten to pop more in the oven.</span></em></p>

<p><strong><span style="color: #ff6600;">4 servings per pizza</span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff6600;">Ingredients:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="color: #ff6600;">Organic whole wheat tortilla – I like ‘Rudi’s Bakery Whole Spelt Tortillas’ (I keep them in the freezer to have on hand)</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #ff6600;">3/4 cup Manchego cheese grated</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #ff6600;">1 Tbsp Olive oil</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #ff6600;">1/4 tsp garlic minced</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #ff6600;">1 tsp Italian flat leaf parsley chopped</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #ff6600;">1 pinch Kosher salt or sea salt</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff6600;">Directions:</span></strong></p>
<ol>
<li><span style="color: #ff6600;">Preheat oven to 500 degrees</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #ff6600;">Place tortilla on a cookie sheet lined in recycled tin foil</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #ff6600;">Spread 1 Tbsp olive oil evenly over the tortilla</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #ff6600;">Sprinkle Manchego cheese on tortilla leaving an inch around the edges</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #ff6600;">Sprinkle on garlic and parsley</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #ff6600;">Sprinkle a pinch of kosher salt</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #ff6600;">Bake in the oven until cheese is melted</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #ff6600;">Take pizza out of the oven and transfer to serving plate cut in four</span></li>
</ol>
