										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="color: #0000ff;">It&#8217;s always crucial to me that my daughter Madison gets a good night sleep, especially now that school has begun.  We all know that tiredness leads everyone into a less productive day and that&#8217;s the last thing any of us want for our children.  Therefore, any healthy alternative that I can use to help assist my child in a good night&#8217;s sleep I am willing to be open-minded to.  That is why I think it&#8217;s important for all parent&#8217;s to know that  drinking milk before going to bed may help you and your child sleep better!  Sending your children to bed early with a glass of milk may help them to be more awake and alert the following morning and who doesn&#8217;t want that?  I absolutely despise having to drag my daughter out of bed because she is just simply too tired to do it on her own.  That&#8217;s not the way I want either one of us to start our day.  So send your kiddos off to bed at an early bedtime and do it with a glass of milk!  Then let me know how you and your kids feel the next day!</span></p>
