Or maybe you see something along the lines of this…….

If you haven’t already heard, this is what people saw last week at the  Lombardi Ranch Pumpkin Patch in Santa Clarita, CA when actor Doug Hutchinson of ‘The Green Mile’ who is 51 years old showed up with his teen bride of 17 Courtney Stodden wearing this revealing “Daisy Dukes” inspired outfit.  Now these photos were not taken at the pumpkin patch, but instead taken after Courtney and Doug were kicked out of the “family friendly” environment.

Apparently, Courtney Stodden and her overly “PDA” with her husband had parents complaining, which led the Lombardi management to ask them to leave.  When the couple refused, the California Highway Patrol was called and they forced the couple off the pumpkin patch, KCBS reported.   

Courtney Stodden complained recently on Dr. Drew’s Lifechangers that it was only a handful of “moms” who complained and then her husband Doug insisted that most of the children thought that there was a “Pumpkin Patch Princess” this year at the Lombardi Ranch. 

So before you all tell me what you think about this, I believe it’s only fair that I tell you what I think about it too.  My first thought about all this is, where is Courtney’s mother and father? After all, she is only 17 years old, even though sadly she already looks like she’s a 30 year old. My second thought is, what happened to this poor child?  And yes let’s all remember that she married Doug at 16 years old and is now only 17 years old, so she is still technically not a legal adult.  So once again what has happened to this girl where she obviously feels the overwhelming need for this type of negative attention, especially in a place where the setting is full of children?  It’s actually kind of sad when you think about it.

My next question is what would I have done?  Honestly, I don’t know.  I’m not sure exactly what they were doing at the pumpkin patch?  It was reported that they were being overly affectionate and perhaps that behavior coupled with her scandalous outfit was just deemed too inappropriate by several people.     

However, if they were just hanging out at the pumpkin patch and she was wearing that outfit, I would probably just think she was ridiculous and ignore it.  However, if their behavior was overly affectionate and it was just like watching a train wreck that you couldn’t take your eyes off of, then perhaps I would have complained about it too, especially if I had older children.

So now I want to know, what do you think about this?  And what would you have done if you were there?
