]]> If you are a parent in the Los Angeles area who is dying to find a creative outlet for your kids then I have the place just for you!  It’s called the Fairy Tale Theatre Workshop at The Young Actors Space in Sherman Oaks, C.A.

Fairy Tale Theatre Workshop’s after-school enrichment program is designed for both boys and girls in Preschool and Grades K-2.

The eight week workshop is taught by Kerry Bishop, who is a professional actor for 13 years, working in film, theatre, commercials and voiceover.  She is a part of the award-winning children’s show “A Faery Hunt”, and has been a teacher and mentor for Young Storytellers Foundation and Free Arts For Children.  She uses her experience as a published writer to assist children in being the natural storytellers that they are.

Participants in the program play fairy tale theatre games, perform the classics, create new stories, and are part of a great fairy tale adventure, presented at the last class. Everyone then receives an edited DVD copy of the final presentation and a link to share it with their family and friends.  It really is a unique and fun workshop for children!  The Winter Workshop is starting soon, so get all the details here!
