After having 2 that are 3 years apart then jumping 6 yes & having 2 more that are 12 mths apart. I would say if you want that super large family with your kids close in age a 2 yr age difference is the best. That makes the kids clues enough to actually be close without the bickering but far enough apart to be their own person. In top of that your body had time to heal between pregnancies. I'm just getting over the back to back pregnancy & my youngest is almost 2.

Thanks for your comment. Honestly, I feel every woman is different and that women understand their own minds and bodies best, therefore to each their own. Best of luck with your decision. :)

Interesting article, I'm happy I stumbled upon it in my Twitterstream! Maybe I read over it because I'm in a hurry. (I'm supposed to be writing, not reading other's prose.) I understand that every woman is different, but I'm curious as to what you think is proper spacing between kids. I have two kids now, one is 4 the other is 8 months and I'd like another. Honestly I'd have a whole tribe, but DH would freak, so three is good for me. I won't change my plans based on your response or anything wacky like that, I am simply curious about your opinion.

Thanks for your insight and have a great day! :)
