Corned Beef And Cabbage: 1. Need a good cut of Corned Beef Brisket from your butcher, Cabbage, Red Potatoes, Guinness Beer, and Brown Sugar. 2. Preheat lower oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) and rinse the beef and pat dry. 3. Cut some of the fat off the bottom of your corned beef or have your butcher do it for you. 3. Rub the brown sugar on the corned beef to coat entire beef, including the bottom. 4.
