I am major frequenter of used book stores and library sales for my children and myself as well. We’re a bit book obsessed to say the least. You can count us in for sending a book or two to your marvelous organization.

I thought we had connected sometime in the past with one of the mom blog networks. I noticed this post on Shadra Bruce’s Twitter…what an inspiration you are! We all talk the talk…but not all of us walk the walk. I already donate a portion of the sales of my book (which pinpoints 100 picture books every young child should hear and provides a story summary, gentle parenting tip, eco-friendly craft project and child-friendly healthful recipe for each recommended title) to several of children’s organizations. One of them reminds me of what you are doing: Bessthebookbus.org.
Because of your endeavor, I’m going to check out my local area and see if I can’t do something along these lines to raise awareness of what is a global problem.
