Mentoring a child is an excellent way to help change a child’s life for the better.  A child who has a positive role model in their life, especially one that they can relate to has a better chance in succeeding in their future.  That’s why programs like Big Brothers Big Sisters, Latino Bigs is so crucial to young Latinos.

Please join Big Brothers Big Sisters, Latino Bigs and Latina Mom Bloggers as we discuss the importance of mentoring, the impact mentoring has on our Latino youth and how you can become a Latino Big.   Latino Bigs will also answer any of your questions regarding mentorship and our panelists will share their personal mentoring stories.

Children who are in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program are less likely to skip school, use drugs and begin drinking alcohol.
